Together to House

Together to House consists of three scattered sites in Muncie, Indiana, located in Delaware County. This innovative project will deliver 38 new Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, addressing critical housing and service needs within the community.

Christamore Court Rehab

This four-site rehabilitation project preserved 40 units of affordable housing on Indianapolis’s Near Westside. Cours Capital managed construction, XBE contractor engagement, and community alignment. Our work ensured that equity, transparency, and resident-first priorities were upheld throughout construction.

Winding Way Townhomes

Winding Way Townhomes brings 22 new supportive housing housing units to Hendricks County. As Owner’s Rep, Cours Capital is responsible for Section 3 outreach, Davis-Bacon compliance, contractor coordination, and daily site support. The project reflects our commitment to boots-on-the-ground leadership, equitable hiring, and transparent field reporting.

Townhomes on Avon

Cours Capital is supporting Radiant CDC in the creation of 7 affordable townhomes in Avon—a suburb with limited low-income housing options. We led rezoning efforts and secured HOME funding, positioning this as a model for replicable, small-scale suburban infill development rooted in equity and stewardship.

Plaza TI Buildout

Cours Capital is managing the buildout of a faith-driven community service facility within a larger LIHTC development. This project includes a Coffee shop, a food pantry, and a workforce training space. Our role focuses on preserving mission alignment, moving the project toward execution, and uplifting trusted local partners who are ready to serve now.
