Christamore Court Rehab
Located in the historic Haughville neighborhood of Indianapolis, Indiana, Christamore Court is a transformative project dedicated to preserving and enhancing affordable housing for seniors. This initiative includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of a three-story building with 34 existing affordable housing units, as well as the adaptive reuse of two vacant two-story office buildings.
Additionally, two single-family homes will be rehabilitated to expand housing opportunities. By revitalizing these spaces, Christamore Court will provide safe, sustainable, and dignified living environments for seniors while strengthening the fabric of the Haughville community.

The Plaza Tenant Improvement
The Plaza at Central Greens, a 122-unit mixed-use development, is situated on a historic 150-acre campus that has been transformed into a vibrant neighborhood hub. The project fills a critical need for affordable housing in the westside of Indianapolis while offering commercial and community service spaces that will enrich residents' lives.
The community service facility at The Plaza will provide a range of programming, including partnerships with local organizations such as Victory in the City (youth programming and Food & Closing Pantry), Sparks Coffee (entrepreneurial job training), Westside CDC, Hawthorne Center, and the Christamore House, which offer childcare, educational support, employment services, and financial literacy programs. This space will also serve as a training hub for disadvantaged residents, with a focus on job creation in the food service industry through a coffee shop and catering business initiative.
